Teachable Transitions

Today is my dearest friend & sister Tarshaye “Shaye Shaye” White’s 29th HEAVENLY Birthday. I wanted to honor her by dedicating this podcast episode to her. I’m just one of many people who has had love ones leave this earthly realm, and trying to figure out how to maneuver through life without them. They’re a major peace of us, and it’s always a lesson in their transition that’s teachable. It’s okay to not be okay, everybody grieves in their own way in their own time. Cherish the memories, and honor them each day you’re still on this earth. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY SHAYE SHAYE!
