People are always quick to degrade the Black Community, always ready to point out the negative, but what about the positives? What about those who are being unprecedented changes we need to influence us, and others to be the best version of themselves, unwavered? What’s Your Flava???

What's your flava? Tell me, what's your flava?! Craig David asked this many years ago, and the crazy thing is, the stigma of this song still applies. I discussed the essence of the Black Woman the last episode, but I did mention we're uplifted, and torn down at the same time from by some Black men. It's a fetish, one where they "go hard" for us, but seem to choose the "others", I just want to know, when you choose your flava, how are you choosing them? Tap in...let's get real!

Why Must WE Be ”Strong”?

Black women are always forced into this theory, that being "strong" is supposed to be deemed as a compliment, but in reality, it's a stigma perpetuated by somebody else's version of us. It's one expectation, that we have to endure all, and at that do it alone. A theory we have to conquer all, and do it alone, but why? I don't want to be "strong", and why aren't any other ethnicity required to have a label, let alone this one? Tap in...let's get real!
